Storm Arrangement - Activate

Please be advised that the Storm Arrangement has been activated. Beaufort 8: vessels with a large lateral surface and a length over all of more than 200 meters will be discussed with the pilots whether the vessel can be manoeuvred safely. Beaufort 9: all vessels will be discussed.
